Product Description

We manufacture standard as well as bespoke tile display stands,  however we also manufacture display stands other than the tile market.  Having supplied display stands for Clothing shops, Handy packs, Christmas displays, Hi-fi displays, Museum and a host of other markets. 

We manufacture goods in steel, stainless, aluminium, coated birch ply, marine ply, acrylic & other plastics, composite materials, coloured m.d.f. amongst other materials.  Our workshop has a range of machinery from manual, semi-automatic  & full c.n.c. for repeatable products.  We have mig, tig, spot & plastic welding along with a mandrel tube bender for square & round tube.  Our c.n.c. machines consist of a lathe, milling machine & our c.n.c. routers our largest router has a cutting area of 1525mm x 2440mm with tool changer.  We use our c.n.c. routers for acrylic work & flat pack stands as well as our animated figure which can be seen in the image gallery.  This is can be used in the christmas market or other shop window display. 

The unit comes to life with its legs moving & bending at the knee, arms moving & bending at elbows along with a random head movement left & right & up & down.  We can fold acrylic & to offer a complete service we can cut & apply your logo & name in vinyl to your display stands.  We offer a bespoke friendly service as well as supplying a 1 off or in quantity.
