Product Description
Back in 2006, we identified that there was a need for a more cost-effective solution to producing small quantities of bespoke, pressure relief valves.
The market was well served by cast bodied valves, but this provided limited options.
Our valves are produced in modular parts, machined from solid billet materials. This modular design greatly reduces manufacturing lead times and reduces the risk of common imperfections experienced with the casting process.
The modular design allows us to offer options such as bespoke face to face lengths, combinations of connections and centre to face dimensions.
The versatility of our designs mean that our valves have found use in several sectors, from fire mains to filtration systems.
Our NV1 Angle Pattern PRV range has been specifically developed to provide a cost-effective solution to preventing safe pressures being exceeded in pressurised systems.
The valve lift is proportional to the system over pressure.
Typically used for air, oil, gas and steam where high discharge rates are not required in thermal and pipeline relief applications.
Options include:
• Male and female screwed connections, flanged connections or a combination of both screwed and flanged connections.
• PTFE, Viton, Viton GFLT or metal seats.
• Brass, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel construction
• Available sizes ½” to 4”
• Tamper proof screw on dome
All our valves are set to your required pressure by our highly experienced in-house experts.
Bespoke requirements can be accommodated.
