The EOS97 Modular Rooflight is a flexible glazing solution designed for flat roof applications where longer runs or larger openings are required. As part of the EOS97 system family, it offers the same outstanding performance and build quality in a modular format, allowing for a combination of fixed and opening units within a single seamless layout.

Ideal for open-plan spaces in residential, commercial, or educational buildings, the system can be configured to suit both design aesthetics and ventilation requirements. Whether you're designing a run of fixed lights or integrating opening sections for airflow, the layout is fully customisable.

The system offers a continuous glass appearance with minimal visible framing. For fixed-only arrangements, we offer glass fins or minimal bar sightlines, helping maintain a clean, architectural finish.

Built on the proven EOS97 platform, the modular system features a thermally broken aluminium frame, triple gasket seal, and U-values as low as 0.65 W/m²K, ensuring high levels of airtightness and thermal performance.

Supplied in pre-assembled modules for ease of installation, each system comes with a single insulated upstand to suit the full layout. Upstands are available flat or with a 5° pitch, in 150mm or 300mm heights, with other sizes available on request.

The EOS97 Modular Rooflight can be double or triple glazed, with custom specifications and very large sizes available. Bespoke layouts can be developed by our in-house design team to meet even the most complex project needs.
