Bespoke Tray & Lid Rigid Boxes - Paper Covered

Product Description

We specialise in these paper-over-board boxes, also commonly referred to as presentation packaging or gift boxes. 

Paper over board means we use a thick card to form the shape of the box and we then wrap a paper around the outside, turning over onto the inside to fully cover it.  

We refer to them as 'rigid' as they are not supplied flat for the customer to assemble , and  they are in two parts - the base tray and then the lid - together referred to as the complete box.  

We make boxes to your exact size, colour and print requirements so you can choose whatever specification you require. Our presentation boxes protect your product, but their main purpose is to finish off your products high end look, really setting it apart from your competitors.

We can also foil block or blind deboss a logo onto your box.  

Additionally, we can cover the inside of the box with paper, we refer to this as being lined inside. We are able to use a wide variety of covering materials ranging from printed sheets, uncoated stock papers to high end leatherette papers and bookcloth.  If left unlined, we recommend white or black lined board, but grey board may also be used.

If you have a product which requires support inside the box, we can make bespoke platforms and source foam inserts for this.  Ribbons may be added as required too - for example, to lay underneath a book in the box, to aid its removal.

Our boxes are handmade in our factory in Woolwich, London by our highly experienced staff, although we have a semi-automated box wrapping machine for higher quantities. Our minimum order quantity is usually 50 boxes and we can make over 5000 of certain styles and sizes.
