Product Description

Capacity

Beam

• Covering pit widths from 900mm - 1500 mm. (We can make outside these sizes so please get in touch).

Wheels

• The beam moves on four wheels, which have needle roller bearings to ensure ease of movement up and down the length of the pit. Parallel wheels are fitted as standard to suit flat angle pit edges with tapered wheels as an alternative for use on RSJ supporting rails. Spring loaded wheels can also be provided upon request, these retract when the jack is under load so locking its position.

Power Pack

• A high output air pump produces the high output flow to the cylinder raising the ram quickly to the load. The design offers air over oil hydraulic power for advance and retract of the cylinder. Control is by a single air valve. Up for advance and power lift and down for retract.

Rams

• The double acting hydraulic cylinder has a 750mm stroke. Top quality chrome plated rods are used as well as the latest seal technology to ensure a long and trouble free life. The cylinder is fitted with a safety hose burst valve and a 90 degrees movement isolation valve for easy visual confirmation of its position.

Warranty

• 5 Year warranty (T&Cs Apply). 
• All jacks designed and manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and engineering standard: BS EN 1494:2001 (Materials handling equipment), complies with EC requirements and LOLER lifting regulations. Each unit is fully tested, marked with serial number and supplied with a test certificate.
