Display and signage specialist Wrights Plastics have announced an expansion of their vinyl graphics services.
Vinyl graphics are used in retail display, Point of Sale, and commercial environments for marketing, signage and wayfaring purposes.
The West Bromwich-based company has developed a strong reputation for high impact display solutions and vinyl graphics have played an important role in this service offering. However a £m retail display contract for an international sports leisure brand was the driver for expanding the service.
Investment in high tech kit was the first stage. The company has purchased three Epsom SureColour signage printers and a Summa wide format vinyl cutter. A dedicated Zund cutting system offers even more capacity, and the plant list also includes laminator, roller flatbed applicator, clam press & 2 x flatbed digital printers.
The investment not only ensures high quality precision printing at fast speeds with no compromise on quality, the increased capacity means the company is geared up for large volume runs as well as smaller projects. And new equipment means increased efficiency, less energy use and lower material waste.
More capacity also meant more people; the expanded team is just part of a substantial expansion of staff across the organisation.
