On 19 February, Made in Britain hosted an exclusive online session with Babcock, an international defence, aerospace and security company providing support and product solutions to enhance its customers’ defence capabilities and critical assets
In 2024, Babcock generated £4.4 billion in revenue, with 74% derived from the Defence section, and supported nearly 26,000 jobs across the UK. The company’s contract backlog grew by 9% to £10.3 billion, underscoring strong demand for its specialist capabilities in defence and security markets. As the UK Ministry of Defence’s second-largest supplier, Babcock continues to strengthen key partnerships and drive strategic growth.
