UK Circuits manufacture electronic and electrical products based in Middleton, Manchester.  Our wide range of services include the manufacture of initial prototype production, printed circuit boards (PCB's), testing and inspection  to complex enclosure and control panel assembly in accordance with client requirements.   Our industry partners include leisure, lighting, automotive, gas detection and pest control.  

UK Circuits assemble printed circuits boards using Surface Mount Assembly (SMT), Conventional (through hole) assembly, through to complex enclosure and “box” build and control panel assembly using components sourced from reputable franchises and offer full traceability.

We have three fully automated production lines within surface mount offering a placement speed of up to 22,000 components per hour, high feeder capacity and a wide component range.

Our team of highly skilled operators are trained to IPC standards, have an array of tools and equipment to manually solder components or our lead free wave solder system.

In house conformal coating capability to ensure maximum protection of circuit boards, components and surfaces.

UK Circuits offer final assembly solution and can build into enclosures and wire in accordance with client requirements.
