At CHX we have 26 years of experience designing and manufacturing products for the promotional merchandising industry that the end customer will use again and again!

So, who are we? When we sat down to think about our story and what makes us stand out in this industry, we agreed what under pins all we do, is the importance of being a quality and reputable manufacturer for our customers, and our commitment to sustainability and producing environmentally conscious products.

Our ethos is firmly rooted in sustainability, so when we looked closer at the materials we used, we saw an opportunity to go one step further to reduce their environmental impact. This led us to create rHIPS.b, our very own recycled plastic, made from recycled polymers, featuring a biodegradable additive that speeds up the natural biodegradable process of plastic. This development has given us even more control over the positive impact we have on the planet, as no virgin materials are used, and all in-house waste is recycled. This revolutionary material has been welcomed in the industry and we won the BPMA Platinum Winner for Sustainable Product of the Year, 2022-23).

Having control over each stage of the process has always been important to us. So, everything is designed, manufactured, packed and shipped under the same roof in our factory in Cornwall. So, for our customers, this means reduced waiting and delivery times, no overseas delays, and a supplier who you can conveniently contact.

As a business we want our clients to know exactly what they will receive, how it’s made, where it was manufactured and everything in between. All the CHX team are experienced and experts in their field and have a voice in the processes and products manufactured. This involvement allows us to be innovative in our industry and this was recognised by us winning the BPMA Silver Award for Health and Travel Product of the Year for 2022-23 and Platinum for this year’s BPMA 2023-24 awards in the UK Made Product of the Year for our unique Ice Pop, Ice Scraper, a mini-ice scraper and handy trolley coin all in one!
